By using ShowroomPic, purchasing a service, uploading content, or submitting our contact form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refunds Policy.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use paid features. You agree to provide accurate and current information, including your email address and payment details (processed by our payment providers).
3. Service description
ShowroomPic provides AI-based image enhancement and generation tools for vehicle listings. Results may vary due to lighting, angle, source image quality, and model behavior. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
4. User content and ownership
You retain ownership of the photos and data you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and transform your submitted content solely to provide and improve the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to upload and process the photos and data you provide, including any personal data, vehicle data, trademarks, and third-party content.
5. Prohibited uses
- Uploading content you do not have rights to use.
- Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive activities.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark, or interfere with the service.
- Submitting malware, harmful code, or content intended to damage systems or users.
6. Payments and taxes
Paid transactions are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and fees. We do not store full payment card numbers in our systems.
Pricing, taxes, and product details may change. Charges are generally one-time for each order unless explicitly stated otherwise on a checkout page.
7. Delivery and performance disclaimers
We aim to deliver outputs promptly, but delivery times and uptime are not guaranteed. AI outputs may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected changes. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publication or commercial use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wecleeq LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wecleeq LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
